There could be a few different reasons your song is still inactive, indicating it didn’t complete processing. It might have something to do with the quality of the photos or something else that’s outside of your control.
- If the inactive song was added via mobile scan, try adding it again and making sure that it sounds correct while you’re in the Review step.
- If any pages did not process, retake them to try again.
- If you uploaded a pdf/xml file, you may need to request a higher resolution version.
