Redeeming a Promo Code

Hurray! You've been given a promo code for complimentary access to Harmony Helper's subscription features :) Now, what do you do with that code? Here are some easy steps to follow. Please follow the instructions for your respective device OS (Apple vs Android).

Apple:

New Users

• Open the App Store app.
• Tap your profile photo in the upper right corner to go into your account.
• Tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code".
• Go to the "Enter Code Manually" field and type in your promo code.
• You're done!

Existing Users

• Follow the same steps as above.
• Please note: once you redeem the promo code, the complimentary time will be added on to your existing subscription, after which it will auto-cancel. At that time, you will need to re-subscribe if you would like to continue using Harmony Helper's premium features.

Android:

New Users

• Open the Google Play Store app.
• Tap "Menu" and then "Redeem".
• Enter your promo code and tap "redeem".
• You're done!

Existing Users

• Note: You will first need to unsubscribe before you can redeem the promo code.
• To unsubscribe, open the Google Play Store app and tap "Menu", then "Subscriptions". Select Harmony Helper and tap the cancel option.
• After this, complete the steps listed above for new users.
• If you would like to continue using Harmony Helper's premium features after your promo code time has expired, you will need to subscribe at that time.
